The EOU IT Help Desk is available to EOU students, graduates, staff, faculty and retirees for assistance with all technology at EOU.

Our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We’re located in Ackerman 209. Online chat is available during this time at the bottom of this page.


The fastest way to get assistance is to email helpdesk@eou.edu, but if you're unable to access an email account you can use the link below to create a ticket and we will respond back to you as soon as possible.
